About us

ETOWA (Earth Towne Flat Buyers Welfare Association) is formed and Registered under the Soci eties Registration Act, 1860 to provide support to the buyers of the Project: Towne, and to protect the interest of the buyers for the said purpose to create a platform for awareness amongst members about their rights, duties and responsibilities in the said projects.

ETOWA, was created in the year 2011 when a handful of buyers were fighting with the builder against their ill doing. In the year 2016 ETOWA got registered under the Societies Registration Act with the name of “Earth Towne Flat Buyers Welfare Association”.

Now the Association has increased in its volume of buyers/members and we are in a position to fight back with strength and power with the builder and the systems.

It is time for all of us to come forward and join hands so that unitedly we can fight against the systems and our collective voice give  us strength for a solution to our problems and to complete our dream home at the earliest.

 

Aim and objectives:

(1)  To protect the collective interest of the registered members of the Association commercial/non-commercial flat/shops/Units in any form purchased by them in the Project.

(2)   To protect interest of the members by representing the Association at various relevant forums, appropriate Government, quasi government, judicial, statutory and other relevant bodies including Authorities, builders, developers, Association of builders and developers and other Organization which may impact the members monetarily or otherwise and take all such steps as may be necessary in this regards.

(3)   To perform such other legal and lawful acts that may be necessary in the interest of members of the association.

(4) To project, protect and pursue all matters relating to collective interests of members with the society including timely delivery and possession of flats/plots.

(5) To coordinate among members to work towards greater unity amongst members and strive to solve present and future problems of the members.

(6) All the income, earning, movable, immovable properties of the societies shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aim and objectives only.

(7) No member of society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever by virtue of his membership.

We invite all buyers of “Earth Towne” to come forward for their rights and fight with all those who are obstacles in getting our Dream Home.
